Hello Again Ladies,

It's almost Christmas! I would love to see everyone one more time before the new year. We had agreed on December 17, at 12 noon @ the Oasis Cafe again. At our last time together we looked at

Hebrews 10:19-25
19 Therefore, brothers and sisters, since we have confidence to enter the Most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus, 20 by a new and living way opened for us through the curtain, that is, his body, 21 and since we have a great priest over the house of God, 22 let us draw near to God with a sincere heart and with the full assurance that faith brings, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water. 23 Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful. 24 And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, 25 not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.

I shared the need to be encouraging each other on more than just Sundays. We exchanged connection cards and should have connected in some way with one other woman by either a phone call or even coffee or lunch. I know I have been blessed to connect with some of you either by texting, talking on the phone, or meeting together in the last month.

We also started fasting as a church on Fridays and I was so blessed. I substituted at the boys school and 3 of us there were fasting so we took time during our lunch to pray together. What a blessing!!
So come join us at the Oasis Cafe this Saturday, December 17 12 noon. We will continue to be encouraged that being a true community in Christ is more than just a Sunday thing.
